60 machines at our Jiangyin, China plant and 38 at our Hai Duong, Vietnam plant. Injection molding, PET stretch blow, extrusion blow, and in-house printing run at both sites.
Press tonnage, blow volumes, and certification status for each of our three manufacturing plants. Send us your part spec and we will tell you which line it runs on.
Factory 2 is not yet producing. Volume commitments are quoted against Factory 1 and our Jiangyin plant.
For Our U.S. Customers
China-origin plastic packaging lands at roughly 40 percent in combined U.S. duty. Our Hai Duong, Vietnam plant runs 22 injection presses from 168 to 500 tons plus PET and extrusion blow lines, ISO 9001:2015 certified through 2028, at a fraction of that landed cost.

Design
We have 10 in-house designers who work directly with you on mold design, resin selection, and finish, from first sketch to production sample.
Packaging
Packaging is often the first thing a customer touches. We handle decoration in-house, including hot foil stamping, silk-screen printing, and soft-touch coating, so it looks and feels the way you designed it.
In-House Tooling
We design, build, and maintain molds in-house across both facilities. Tooling changes, repairs, and new builds stay on our floor, so you get faster turnaround and direct control over spec without waiting on a third-party toolmaker.
